It is important that you (the “Affiliate”, “You”) read and understand these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before using these services. Terms and Conditions forms a binding contractual agreement between you and RegalTech Solutions Limitada.
When using this website and/or registering as an affiliate with the Star Affiliates Program, you agree to be legally bound by, and comply with, our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

DEFINITIONS
Admin Fee
The value of Jackpot contributions, Games and Platform costs, payment provider fees and operating costs.
Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and, where applicable, any other contractual document concluded between the Parties in relation to the Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions shall supersede any other terms and conditions applicable to such contractual documents.
Affiliate
A person (whether an individual or a company) who has registered and been accepted as an Affiliate of the Star Affiliates Program in order to promote our brand/s through affiliate links.
Affiliate Network
An individual and/or entity which You have a business relationship with and who operates for You with the intention of driving traffic to our brand/s. This shall not include Sub-Affiliates.
Affiliate Payment
Any Revenue Share, Hybrid Payment and/or CPA Payments.
Balances Carried Over
In the calculation of Commission where Net Revenue is negative due to Customer winnings and/or fees, the balance will be set to zero. A negative balance due to Fraud Costs and High Roller Commissions will however be carried over where applicable.
CPA Deal
A Cost-Per-Acquisition deal, whereby Star Affiliates pays You a predetermined amount for each Referred Player. CPA deals will undergo a trial period. Referred Player must deposit at least one to be qualified.
Net Revenue
Calculated as: (All Player bets minus All Player winnings minus Player Bonuses minus applicable gambling Taxes and VAT) minus Admin Fee (Sum of 13% NGR fee, 7% Deposit sum and 2% Withdrawal fee).

Your application will be reviewed and You will be notified of Our acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to withhold pay-out and reject Your application if information provided is deemed insufficient.

2. Star Affiliates Affiliates: Your Rights
2.1 Licence to direct Customers to the Website
We grant You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to direct Customers to the Website in accordance with this Agreement.
2.2 Licence to use certain Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Approved Marketing Material (“Licensed IP”) conditional upon:

- Sole use for fulfilling obligations under this Agreement.
- No sub-licensing or assignment to third parties without permission.
- No modification, alteration, or creation of derivative works.
4. Your Obligations
You shall permit Star Affiliates to audit Your books and records to ensure compliance. If you fail to promote the brand and deliver New Customers for 180 days, we reserve the right to modify or reduce commissions.
4.2 Direct Marketing and Spam
You shall not send Spam. Any Direct Marketing carried out using the BVBET.com name without consent constitutes a material breach. We reserve the right to enforce a Penalty deducted from Your account for breaches of this clause.
You shall permit Star Affiliates to audit Your books and records to ensure compliance. If you fail to promote the brand and deliver New Customers for 180 days, we reserve the right to modify or reduce commissions.
4.2 Direct Marketing and Spam

- Using the Brand name for mobile application developers or operators.
5.4 Commission Payments
Payment shall be made via Bank Wire Transfer. The minimum payout is €500. We endeavor to process Commission by the 15th of the following month.
